Key Responsibilities
- Manage communication with manufacturers and production partners.
- Oversee sample development and production timelines.
- Coordinate sourcing of fabrics, trims, hardware, and packaging.
- Track orders, invoices, shipments, and production milestones.
- Maintain tech packs, production documents, and project files.
- Identify and resolve production issues proactively.
- Ensure deadlines are met for launches, fashion shows, and special projects.
- Provide regular updates regarding project status and deliverables.
- Manage production coordination from concept through final delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience in fashion production, operations, sourcing, or apparel manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
The ideal candidate will serve as the operational backbone of the brand, allowing the Founder to focus on creative direction, business growth, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
