We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Dough Prep Cook who takes pride in consistency and quality. This role is responsible for preparing fresh pizza dough every day while helping ensure our kitchen is stocked and ready to serve our guests.

What You'll Do
As a Dough Prep Cook, you'll help prepare one of the most important ingredients in our restaurant while supporting the kitchen team throughout the day.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing pizza dough according to Sammy's recipes and quality standards
- Mixing, portioning, weighing, and storing dough for daily production
- Monitoring dough proofing and fermentation to ensure consistency
- Maintaining clean and organized prep areas
- Operating mixers and prep equipment safely and efficiently
- Following all food safety and sanitation standards
- Assisting with ingredient preparation and stocking the kitchen as needed
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy periods, including assisting with pizza production or other prep work when necessary
- Helping with opening, closing, and daily cleaning responsibilities
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Has restaurant or food preparation experience (preferred but not required)
- Takes pride in consistency and attention to detail
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Can follow recipes accurately
- Is dependable, organized, and self-motivated
- Works well independently while also being a strong team player
- Can lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Is available to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
