4 day work week, 10 hour shifts - 630am to 5pm Monday through Thursday.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Production labor in the fabrication and assembly of hot water tanks
- Individual ownership of “next step” quality controls in the manufacturing process
- Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure efficient production
- Take instruction and direction from supervisors
- Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines and procedures
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
- Sharp attention to detail
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced production environment
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift minimum 50lbs
- Reliable mode of transportation
- Flexibility to cross train as needed
