Electrical Assistant Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist Project Manager and Superintendent in the overall planning, scheduling and administration of assigned projects.
- Ensure compliance with owner contract, assist with buyouts in accordance with company policy.
- Assist with site specific safety policy, quality program, site logistics plan, punch list process.
- Coordination of document owner training, preparation of O&M manuals and warranties.
- Assist with the management of project costs relative to budget, management of schedule updates.
- Participation in project planning meetings, help identify risk to cost and schedule.
Assist in preparation of monthly status reports.

Electrical Assistant Project Manager Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as an Assistant Project Manager overseeing new-build large commercial and industrial construction projects with an Electrical Contractor.
- Must be comfortable with assisting scheduling, production, productivity analysis, change orders, billing project planning, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
