Investor Disposition Specialist - Real Estate Sales
Location: Remote
Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000+ per year (Base + Uncapped Commission)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday (Weekends as needed)

About the Role
This is a high-performance sales role where you will be selling off-market real estate investment deals to high-net-worth investors. Leads are provided—no cold calling.
Your responsibilities:
- Sell investment properties to our growing investor database
- Build rapport and create win-win solutions for investors
- Negotiate deals effectively and close transactions with confidence
- Learn and master real estate investment strategies
- Manage deals using our CRM software
- Work alongside seasoned investors to level up your skills

Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience (real estate experience is a plus, but not required)
- A sales closer with a strong track record of hitting/exceeding targets
- Top-notch negotiation skills and the ability to sell high-ticket investments
- Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
- Hungry to learn, adaptable, and coachable
- Reliable with a quiet home office setup (for remote period)
