Job Summary
Monday -Friday 6:30am-3:00pm, Experience, warehouse lead Position, must be able yo work in cold environment must be Bilingual in both english and Spanish, We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Warehouse Worker to join our team and drive excellence in warehouse operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily distribution activities, manage inventory control processes, and lead a team of warehouse associates. Your expertise in logistics, materials handling, and warehouse management systems will ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operations across our distribution center.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate operations.
- Use the forklifts and scanners to facilitate efficient movement of goods within the warehouse.
- Implement process improvements using lean management principles to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Oversee shipping & receiving processes, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to quality standards.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of logistics principles including shipping & receiving procedures, materials handling equipment operation (forklifts), and heavy lifting techniques.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and best practices for warehouse safety protocols.
- Mechanical knowledge related to material handling equipment operation is preferred.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
