This is a working supervisory position, meaning you aren’t just managing from an office—you are on the front lines leading your team during peak service periods to ensure every student and faculty member receives an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Supervise daily unit management, ensuring all brand standards for food quality, drink preparation, and customer service are strictly maintained.
- Peak Performance: Lead by example by directing service flow and supporting the team during the busiest dining hours.
- Administrative Management: Handle essential business functions including planning, forecasting, ordering, and budgeting.
- Team Development: Oversee hiring, training, coaching, and employee relations. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of team building and professional growth.
- Systems & Safety: Utilize menu management systems and ensure all operations comply with health codes, sanitation standards, and safety regulations.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve routine operational challenges and customer concerns with professionalism and poise.
