Job Summary
We are seeking Part Time and Per diem Occupational Therapists to provide services in accordance with CMS Requirements of Participation, NYS DOH regulations, and professional OT practice standards. Responsibilities include completing evaluations, developing person‑centered care plans, delivering skilled therapeutic interventions, documenting services in compliance with regulatory and facility policies, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team and staff COTAs to support resident function, safety, and quality of life. Flexible per diem scheduling available to join our interdisciplinary team. Provide high‑quality therapeutic services, support resident independence, and contribute to exceptional outcomes in a skilled nursing environment.
Pay: $55.00 - $58.00 per hour
Education:
Experience:
- Occupational therapy: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- NYS Occupational Therapist license (Required)
