We are seeking experienced Concrete Floor Polishing Foremen that demonstrate leadership and self-motivation with a proven track record of a minimum of at least 3 years of experience as a Foreman. MUST HAVE PRIOR FORMAN EXPERIENCE AS A CONCRETE FLOORING POLISHER/GRINDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage large projects
- Lead and oversee crew
- Grind and polish concrete flooring to the desired specifications per client
- Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations
- Strive to meet and exceed target production goals

Qualifications and Skills
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Foreman
- All successful candidates must pass a background screening including a drug test
- Must have a VALID driver's license
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have OSHA 30 certification
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must be willing to travel and stay out of town for 2-3 weeks per project which may include nights and weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
