Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedic | New Grads Welcome

We welcome both experienced clinicians and new graduates — comprehensive training is provided, including vestibular rehabilitation and shockwave therapy.

You'll work closely with orthopedic surgeons and pain management physicians, and for those interested, we can arrange OR and procedure observation opportunities to deepen your clinical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide orthopedic, vestibular, and balance-focused rehabilitation
- Maintain accurate documentation and billing
- Supervise PTAs and support staff
- Uphold compliance with all regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited PT program
- Licensed in California or eligible for licensure
- Interest in vestibular/balance rehab preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish or Korean is a plus — we proudly serve a diverse community
Compensation & Benefits
- $100,000 – $130,000/year
