Project Manager
BAM Workforce Solutions is partnering with a leading critical infrastructure organization seeking an Project Manager to support large-scale construction and capital projects. This is a full-time opportunity within a dynamic, project-driven environment supporting electrical systems across utilities, renewables, and infrastructure projects.
Overview:
- Manage projects from kickoff to close-out, keeping work on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
- Be the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, keeping everyone aligned throughout the job.
- Get out to job sites regularly to check on progress, quality, and that safety standards are being upheld.
- Manage subcontractors, approve invoices and change orders, and stay on top of project costs.
- Make sure materials, equipment, and crews are coordinated and ready when each phase of work kicks off.
- Keep project documentation clean and current from start to finish.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- Solid understanding of transmission and substation infrastructure.
- Experience managing subcontractors and keeping multi-phase projects on track.
- Comfortable with project scheduling tools and basic cost reporting.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
