Key Responsibilities
- Greet and care for guests with a warm, elevated experience
- Check guests in and out with professionalism and efficiency
- Book appointments and manage daily scheduling
- Answer phones, texts, and CRM communications
- Recommend and sell retail products
- Support email marketing and social media efforts
- Assist in maintaining a clean, beautiful, on-brand salon environment
