We’re looking for a Contact Center Collections Agent who can communicate effectively, think on their feet, and handle challenging conversations with professionalism and care.
What You’ll Do
As a Collections Agent, you’ll be the primary point of contact for customers with past-due accounts. Your goal is to assist customers in getting their account in good standing while maintaining a positive customer relationship and representing the Roundstone brand with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, emails, and text messages regarding past-due accounts.
- Negotiate payment arrangements that work for both the customer and the company.
- Provide detailed account information, including balances, payment history, and due dates.
- Resolve customer concerns, disputes, and billing discrepancies.
- Navigating multiple software systems to maintain accurate, detailed customer records and complete electronic documentation.
- Follow all company policies, legal regulations, and ethical collection practices.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, even in difficult conversations.
- Meet individual and team collection goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Adapt quickly to changes and support overall contact center operations.
