Oversee the month-end close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.

The Interim Controller will manage day-to-day accounting operations and provide leadership to the accounting team.

Assist with labor forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning for 2027.

The Interim Controller will monitor financial performance and recommend process improvements.

Support management with financial analysis and operational decision-making.

5–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including management-level responsibilities.

Hospitality industry experience strongly preferred.

Demonstrated success leading accounting operations and achieving business objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
