Licensed Vocational Nurse - LVN - Contract Up to $1600/Week | (Weekly Payments)
- Location: Big Spring, TX 79720
- Facility: Hospital
- Shift: Shifts are alternating to meet staffing needs.
- Every other weekend off.
- Able to start any day during the week (M-F).
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours per Week
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension) up to 6 months
Start Date: ASAP (Within 2 Weeks)
Mandatory Requirements to Apply:
- Active LVN License for TX or Multistate
- Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide care for patients – manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation.
- Perform computer data entry – Receive full training.
- Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies; specifically, Joint Commission guidelines, CMS Standards, BSH Policy and Directives and HHSC Standards, Rules and Directives.
Bonus & Benefits + Salary Travel Candidates (W2) (More Than 50 miles from facility)
- Blended Hourly Rate: $40.00
- Weekly Gross: $1600.00
- Taxable Hourly (W2): $15.00
- Non-Taxable Stipend: $25.00
- Taxable Weekly Gross: $600.00
- Weekly Stipend: $1000.00
For Locals (Below 50 miles):
- Hourly Pay Rate (W2): $35.00
- Weekly W2 Pay Rate: $1400.00
