You will contribute to our mission of promoting Ageless Beauty among our seniors in well established communities and play a key role in ensuring that residents enjoy a rejuvenating salon experience. At Matura Salon and Spa Management we provide customized, full-service salon and spa services to senior living communities, skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers nationwide. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for residents through exceptional beauty services.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and styling
- Nail care a plus!
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with health regulations.
- Utilize tablet/smartphone for client information management.
- Offer exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with supervisor and community team to ensure a seamless salon experience.
- Educate clients on hair and/or nail services available
Qualifications:
- Valid Texas cosmetology license is required.
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficiency in hair styling, color theory, and various styling techniques.
- Nail Care a plus!
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices in the salon setting is essential.
