Fish Window Cleaning® is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Full Time Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing team of professionals.
Fish Window Cleaning® is the largest window cleaning company in the world allowing for its franchisees to operate and maintain a family-oriented culture while maintaining the support of the Fish Window Cleaning® Brand.
Job Responsibilities
- Apply Customer payments
- Ensure Invoicing accuracy
- Ensure customer account accuracy
- Assist with inbound/outbound customer service calls
- Data entry
- Additional duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Chrome, Google Workspace
- Ability to multi-task at times of increased call volume
- Willingness to learn and grow within the Fish Window Cleaning® Family.
