Door-to-Door Lead Generator / Appointment Setter

BRD Pest Solutions is seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our growing team as Door-to-Door Lead Generators / Appointment Setters. This role is responsible for generating qualified appointments for our insulation specialists by meeting with homeowners and scheduling attic insulation inspections.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, interacting with people, and earning income based on performance.
Compensation
- $1,000 monthly base pay
- $15 for every appointment that completes an inspection
- 4% commission on all sales closed from your generated leads
- Average earnings of $5,000–$7,500+ per month
- Top performers can earn significantly more
Responsibilities
- Canvass residential neighborhoods door-to-door
- Speak with homeowners about the benefits of upgrading their attic insulation
- Schedule qualified insulation inspections for our sales team
- Maintain accurate records of appointments generated
- Represent BRD Pest Solutions professionally in the field
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Flexible daily schedule
- Expected to consistently generate enough appointments to keep our insulation sales team supplied with qualified leads
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and self-motivated work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners
- Reliable transportation
- Previous door-to-door or sales experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
