Accounting, HR & Customer Operations Specialist
Aging In The Comfort Of Home® is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented professional to support accounting, HR administration, and customer communication. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who can manage financial and payroll tasks while also helping maintain strong customer relationships, lead follow-up, and day-to-day office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks
- Generate invoices and record transactions
- Track accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations, reporting, and budget support
- Provide monthly P&L summaries and financial documentation
HR & Payroll
- Process weekly payroll, for 1099 contractors, as well as annual summaries
- Maintain employee and contractor records
- Support onboarding, W-9 verification, and background checks
- Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, and new hire files
- Help organize HR documentation and compliance records
Customer Operations
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate appointments, estimates, and follow-up communication
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records in CRM systems
- Conduct follow-up calls with leads, past customers, and open opportunities
- Support light telemarketing and re-engagement outreach
- Help ensure a positive and organized customer experience from first contact forward
Qualifications
- Experience in bookkeeping, administrative operations, or office management
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and general payroll processes
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and email
- CRM experience is a plus
- Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism
