Duties
- Safely operate bicycles, cargo bikes, or other shared mobility systems to deliver packages and food orders throughout the city.
- Assist customers with wheelchair needs or provide support via pedicabs when required, ensuring accessibility and convenience.
- Navigate city streets confidently using mobile devices and two-way radio communication to coordinate deliveries and updates.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing updates on delivery status and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage cash transactions accurately when processing payments or tips at delivery points.
- Use hand trucks, dollies, or other equipment to load and unload deliveries efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
- Follow traffic regulations diligently to ensure safety for yourself and others during outdoor work activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a courier or delivery driver, ideally with food service background or outdoor work experience.
- Familiarity with city street navigation, shared mobility systems, and handling customer inquiries effectively.
- Ability to operate bicycles, cargo bikes, pedicabs, or similar transportation modes safely and efficiently.
- Knowledge of bicycle repair basics and handling equipment such as hand trucks and dollies is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage customer expectations professionally.
- Excellent communication skills using mobile devices and two-way radios for coordination.
- Must be physically capable of outdoor work including lifting packages, riding bicycles, and assisting customers as needed.

Pay: $500.00 - $2,228.05 per week
