Are you passionate about helping others and providing excellent customer service? We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Patient Access Representative to join a respected healthcare organization in Santa Rosa. This is a great opportunity to gain experience within a reputable health system while making a positive impact on patients and their families.
As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. Responsibilities include:

Greeting, checking in, and registering patients

Collecting and entering patient demographic information accurately

Verifying patient and visitor identities using photo identification

Reviewing and verifying insurance information
-
Explaining and obtaining required consent forms and admissions paperwork

Discussing payment options and identifying patients who may need financial assistance

Answering incoming phone calls and assisting with inquiries

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity

Collaborating with team members to provide exceptional patient service

This is a Contract position based out of Santa Rosa, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
