At Paul Robinson Law, we're looking for an experienced litigator who wants to focus on what they do best—taking depositions, arguing motions, trying cases, negotiating meaningful settlements, and changing clients' lives.
We already have what many firms don't: a substantial pipeline of litigation.
We have more litigation-ready cases than our current attorneys can handle, including seven-figure and high six-figure cases already filed or ready to be filed. We're looking for an attorney who wants to step into an established practice with immediate opportunities—not spend years building a book of business.
What You'll Do
- Manage personal injury litigation cases from filing through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Conduct mediations and settlement negotiations
- Attend hearings and court appearances
- Prepare cases for trial
- Work directly with clients throughout the litigation process
- Collaborate with our experienced pre-litigation team to maximize case outcomes

Compensation
We believe exceptional litigators should be exceptionally compensated.
We offer a competitive base salary combined with a performance-based compensation structure designed to reward attorneys who produce outstanding results.
Target compensation for experienced litigators is $180,000-$300,000+, depending on experience, performance, and results.
Our goal is simple: when you help the firm succeed, you should share in that success.
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina law license
- Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience
- Insurance defense attorneys strongly encouraged to apply
- Plaintiff's personal injury experience is welcomed but not required
- Excellent writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills
- Ability to independently manage litigation files
- Desire to take ownership of cases and continue developing as a trial lawyer
