Frontier is continuing to grow throughout New London, and we're looking for a Brand Promotions Associate to help increase visibility and customer engagement.
This role combines promotions, communications, customer interaction, and sales support while helping Frontier expand its presence throughout the local market.
This Brand Promotions Associate opportunity is ideal for outgoing individuals who enjoy meeting new people, communicating with customers in-person, and building professional experience in promotions, communications, brand development, and sales. Every Brand Promotions Associate plays a role in helping Frontier connect with more residents while supporting long-term sales and growth objectives.
What You'll Do as a Brand Promotions Associate
- Represent Frontier during community outreach initiatives, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement activities
- Create positive first impressions that strengthen awareness and support future sales opportunities
- Engage with residents to introduce Frontier services and explain available offerings
- Support customer acquisition efforts by helping generate interest and qualified sales conversations
- Participate in promotions designed to increase visibility, engagement, and overall sales performance
- Gather feedback and market insights that help improve outreach strategies and future sales initiatives
- Participate in ongoing Brand Promotions Associate training focused on communication, outreach, and sales development
- Collaborate with fellow Brand Promotions Associate team members to support campaign objectives and sales goals
Qualifications for the Brand Promotions Associate
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Interest in promotions, communications, marketing, or sales
- Comfortable speaking with people in in-person environments
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, events, communications, or sales is helpful but not required
- Motivated to learn and develop professionally

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,400.00 per week
