Responsibilities
- Assist licensed HVAC and plumbing technicians with installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot heating, cooling, and plumbing systems.
- Install water heaters, boilers, furnaces, air conditioning systems, and plumbing fixtures.
- Assist with propane and gas piping installations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Accurately complete job documentation.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service.
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited HVAC, Plumbing, or Mechanical Trades program is required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and work in varying weather conditions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
