Responsibilities
- Pick and stage raw materials for production
- Accurately weigh materials using production scales
- Mix raw materials according to production specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
- Assist with other production-related duties as assigned
Qualifications include:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise measurements
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Dependable with a strong attendance record
- Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed to meet production demands
- Reliable transportation
