Position Summary:
Valiant Home & Energy is seeking an enthusiastic New Client Advisor to help people discover the value of using our fuels and home services. You’ll introduce them to Valiant’s full suite of home services beyond Propane and Heating Oil—including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, energy efficiency upgrades, pest control and more—to help them make informed, value-driven decisions for their homes.

You’ll serve as a first point of contact for new customers—building relationships, communicating value, and closing deals, while supporting our delivery and service teams to ensure every client enjoys an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound calls (and make follo-up calls as appropriate), responding promptly to customer inquiries and following up on leads, explaining the benefits of Valiant’s energy solutions.
· Match customers’ needs with the proper plan for fuel deliveries, maintenance, payments, and price protection.
· Schedule home energy audits and other energy saving inspections.
· Collaborate closely with delivery, scheduling, and customer experience teams to ensure seamless onboarding and continued satisfaction.
· Track all communications, opportunities, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
· Identify cross-selling opportunities across other Valiant service lines (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, insulation, duct sealing, window replacement, and pest control).
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management—preferably in the home fuel delivery, HVAC, or home services industries.
· Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
· Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Self-starter willing to communicate with people on their preferred schedules.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
· High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience selling bundled home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
· Familiarity with energy efficiency programs, service contracts, and rebate offerings.
· Familiarity with propane gas, heating oil products.

· Competitive base salary plus commission. No limit to total compensation.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
