Brightmoor Senior Living is currently seeking compassionate and dependable Resident Care Aides (RCAs) to join our team!
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by providing compassionate, respectful assistance with their daily care needs.
We currently have a Full-Time and Part-Time position available for the 7:00 AM–3:00 PM shift.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Providing assistance with oral care, hair care, nail care, and skin care
- Assisting residents with ambulation and mobility
- Promoting resident dignity, independence, and quality of life
- Providing compassionate and respectful care to residents
- Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving or senior living experience is a plus
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Must have a genuine desire to work with and care for seniors
