<Responsibilities>
- Perform a wide range of hair services including Styling and makeup application to meet each client's unique preferences.
- Apply advanced techniques such blowouts, halfdos, updos and makeup to create personalized looks.
- Utilize salon software like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools and workstations thoroughly after each client.
- Provide expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail upselling to enhance client satisfaction.
- Manage front desk duties including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling payments efficiently.
- Mentor junior staff or apprentices by sharing techniques in hair styling.
<Requirements>
- Valid cosmetology or barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of sanitation practices.
- Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in styling
- Proficiency with salon management software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients confidently and clearly explain service options.
- Ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
