About Us
Whole Note Visual is a fast-growing commercial sign installation company serving Tennessee and surrounding states. We specialize in high-quality installation of ADA signage, wayfinding systems, dimensional letters, monument signs, vinyl graphics, environmental graphics, and specialty architectural features for developers, general contractors, property managers, and national sign companies.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, enjoys working with their hands, and wants to grow with a company that's building something bigger than just another installation crew.
What You'll Do
- Install ADA signs, room identification signs, and wayfinding systems
- Install dimensional letters, logos, plaques, and donor walls
- Install vinyl graphics, wall wraps, window graphics, and frosted vinyl
- Assist with monument sign and post & panel installations
- Read shop drawings, sign schedules, and installation layouts
- Operate drills, lasers, levels, hand tools, and power tools safely
- Work from ladders, scaffolding, and occasionally aerial lifts
- Travel to job sites throughout Middle Tennessee with occasional overnight travel
- Communicate professionally with project managers, superintendents, and customers
- Photograph completed work and maintain quality standards
- Keep company vehicles, trailers, and tools clean and organized
- Help load, unload, and prepare materials for upcoming jobs
Qualifications
- Construction or installation experience preferred (sign experience is a plus but not required)
- Comfortable using power tools and measuring accurately
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds
- Comfortable working on ladders and outdoors in varying weather
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to our shop
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Detail-oriented with pride in quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bonus Skills
- Vinyl installation experience
- Carpentry or finish carpentry
- Electrical sign experience
- Welding or fabrication
- CDL or trailer towing experience
- Lift certifications (or willingness to obtain)
