American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a high-risk Labor & Delivery position requiring prior travel experience and multiple active certifications including C-EFM, NRP, and STABLE.

Hospital Labor & Delivery unit focused on high-risk obstetric patients
-
Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
-
Every other weekend required
-
Every other holiday required
-
On-call required: 36 hours per 6-week block (12 hours per pay period), with an on-premises response time of 45 minutes upon receiving a call

Floating required within skillset, including Mom/Baby and postpartum units

Active MD or Compact RN license required
-
Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE, and C-EFM (through NCC) — all must be current at time of consideration

Minimum 2 years of L&D nursing experience required

High-risk L&D experience required
-
At least 1 prior travel assignment required

Skills required: circulating, fetal heart monitoring (FHM), and experience as a preceptor and/or charge nurse

Triage experience preferred

2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years required

Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
