Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for A*&B-Level Technicians* who can confidently handle most repair and maintenance work independently while continuing to grow their diagnostic abilities.
This is NOT an entry-level role, and it’s NOT for someone who just wants to “clock in and out.”
What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
- Handle maintenance and repair jobs with minimal supervision
- Accurately document vehicle conditions and recommended services
- Work closely with the service advisor team to ensure clear communication
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Follow shop processes and workflows for consistency and efficiency
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- Strong knowledge of brakes, suspension, steering, and maintenance services
- Basic diagnostic ability (electrical and drivability is a plus)
- Ability to use scan tools and diagnostic equipment
- Valid driver’s license
- ASE certifications are a plus (not required, but encouraged)
