About the Role:
Colorado Farm Bureau Insurance is seeking a friendly, organized, reliable, and dependable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our local agency. As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive customer experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the office.
If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a professional, team-oriented environment, we’d love to hear from you. This position requires someone who is reliable, available during regular office hours, and comfortable working independently in the office when needed.
Responsibilities:
● Welcome clients with a friendly and professional attitude
● Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions and policy service requests
● Process customer payments accurately
● Maintain organized and accurate customer records
● Assist with filing, mail, and other administrative office duties
● Help resolve customer concerns with professionalism and excellent service
● Prioritize multiple tasks while working independently and as part of a team
● Be reliable, available for scheduled office hours, and comfortable working alone occasionally
Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent
● Strong customer service and communication skills
● Excellent organizational and time management abilities
● Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
● Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
● Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office
● Previous office or customer service experience is preferred but not required
