Prodution Associate - 1st Shift, 2nd shift, 3rd Shift
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused Production & Assembly Associates to help produce high-quality products. You’ll operate equipment, inspect parts, follow instructions, and work with other team members to keep production running smoothly.
Shift: 1st Shift 7am-3pm - 2nd shift 3pm-11pm - 3rd Shift 11pm-7am
Pay: 1st Shift $17.75
2nd & 3rd Shift - $19.25
Responsibilities
- Set up and run manufacturing and testing equipment
- Follow standard procedures to make products correctly
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and machines
- Read and follow work instructions and keep accurate records
- Help train new team members on equipment and processes
- Report any production issues to your team leader
- Work with other departments like engineering and customer service to meet goals
- Be flexible—tasks may include molding, assembly, painting, washing, inspecting, and more
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing or production preferred
- Able to read and understand technical instructions
- Good attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Willing to learn and take on different tasks
