As a Retail Sales Associate you will be responsible for introducing in store promotions and educating customers on new technology, services, and product features.
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a retail setting and identify their needs
- Educate customers on the latest technology, products, and promotions
- Build rapport and provide tailored solutions
- Close sales and upsell where appropriate
- Hit and exceed daily & weekly performance goals
- Maintain a positive, professional, and productive store environment
- Build relationships with customers, store managers, and other leadership
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (Spanish bilingual is a plus)
- Excellent student mentality and competitive drive
- Coachable, driven, and goal-oriented
- Experience selling wifi and mobility is highly encouraged but not required
- Ability to confidently engage customers quickly and effectively
- Must be 18+ with personal and reliable transportation
Bonus:

Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly base pay + uncapped commissions and bonuses ($1,100 – $1,800+ per week)
