American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a PCU/Step-Down (IMCU) position requiring at least 2 years of experience, ACLS, and availability to work any day of the week on a 13–16 week contract.

Progressive Care Unit (PCU) / Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) / Step-Down setting within a hospital

Day shift schedule: 0700–1930 (12-hour shifts)

36 hours per week, with availability required any day of the week — no self-scheduling

13 to 16 week contract

Active SC or compact RN license required

Active certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and CPI Prevention First (a 30-minute on-demand video, approximately $25, available at crisisprevention.com)

Minimum 2 years of PCU/IMCU/Step-Down RN experience required

SSN (full preferred, last 4 acceptable), date of birth (DOB), and driver's license required for consideration

One professional reference required for consideration

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates

RTO requests should be kept to fewer than 7 days for the duration of the contract
