GENERAL SUMMARY: Installs, modifies and makes minor repairs to personal computer hardware and software systems, and provides technical advice and support to system users.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support and maintain bank network
- Support and maintain servers and PCs
- Perform backups
- Maintain antivirus, patch system, and antispyware
- Provide end user technical support
