Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team, committed to maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and housekeeping duties for our Hotel Comfort Suites, ensuring high standards of sanitation and organization. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help create a pleasant experience for our guests, or clients while upholding safety and cleanliness protocols.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain hygiene standards.
- Ensure all sanitation procedures are followed meticulously to promote a healthy environment.
- Manage custodial supplies inventory and restock cleaning products regularly.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests needs promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, buffers, and steam cleaners.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Prior experience with laundry services and basic cooking is preferred.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
