All Abilities Physical Therapy & More for Kids is a Therapist owned, private practice pediatric therapy clinic located in Colorado Springs, CO that specializes in pediatric occupational therapy and physical therapy. We are a growing clinic that is looking to hire an Occupational Therapist to build our current offerings with experience in pediatrics.

We are looking for team members who are:
· A licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist to manage a full-time schedule working with a diverse pediatric caseload.
· A team player with a passion for helping kids.
· A pediatric OT who is committed to delivering quality patient care with superior patient outcomes.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Interested in advancing their pediatric occupational therapy skills clinical skills through mentorship and continuing education.
· Currently licensed in CO or willing to re-certify in CO.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a OT who is passionate about helping patients move better and grow professionally. Ideal candidates have:
- Licensed Pediatric Occupation Therapist from an accredited program
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Colorado
- New graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience is a plus, not a requirement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivation to grow into leadership opportunities
- Current CPR certification

Base Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
