Position Overview
We are seeking a fully licensed, independent Clinical Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) to join our team on a flexible 1099 contract basis. This is a hybrid/telehealth role designed for a professional who desires high clinical autonomy, a competitive compensation structure, and a supportive administrative backbone.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality clinical therapy sessions to a diverse caseload of individuals, couples, or families.
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, formulate diagnoses, and design individualized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation within the agency’s EHR system.
Manage a flexible schedule, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement with clients to maximize retention and minimize no-shows.
Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Professional Counseling is required for this clinical therapy role.
Licensure: Hold a current, active, and unrestricted independent clinical license in the state of Kentucky (LCSW, CSW, LMFT, or LPCC). .
Experience: Strong background in behavioral health, clinical documentation standards, and independent caseload management.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $48.00 - $72.00 per hour
Job Type: Contract (1099)
Flexibility: Complete control over your own schedule and caseload volume.
Full Administrative Support: We cover billing, credentialing, intake coordination, and Electronic Health Record (EHR) software costs so you have zero administrative overhead.
Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
