Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LPN-T)
- Contract Length: 14 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
- Schedule: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM / 7:00PM - 7:00AM
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly.
- Complete accurate nursing documentation and maintain patient records.
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Assist with assessments and care planning within the scope of practice.
- Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and well-being.
- Follow facility policies, procedures, and applicable nursing standards.
Qualifications:
- Active NH LPN License required.
- Current BLS Certification required.
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality resident care.
