Overview
All’s Well will be the first social spa and modern bathhouse in the Twin Cities, located in the Harrison neighborhood. We're creating a place where people can truly unwind, with sauna, steam, vitality pools, salt room, plant bathing, and massage and body treatments, all designed with care for the guests. We want our guests to feel genuinely cared for every time they walk through the door, and we build our memberships and programs to make it easy for them to keep coming back.
Our experienced therapists offer a full range of massage and body treatments, and the more cultivated your skills, the more you'll connect with clients who keep coming back for you specifically. We are open 7 days per week; available shifts will include evenings and weekends.
We're building something the Twin Cities hasn't seen before, and you'd be part of shaping what All's Well becomes. We want people who are excited about that!
We also offer complimentary spa access that we strongly encourage you to use. Taking care of yourself is part of the job here.

Responsibilities:
Treatment & Clinical Excellence
- Performs all massage and body treatment therapies listed on our service menu; Swedish massage proficiency is required, with deep tissue and prenatal proficiency preferred
- Monitors the daily work schedule to stay informed on changes and adjustments; performs all treatments within the allotted time, remaining on schedule throughout the day
- Maintains educational excellence and participates in all staff, team, and educational meetings
Client Care & Guest Experience
- Listens carefully to each client, understands their specific needs and expectations, and determines the most appropriate treatment for them
- Brings a calm, warm presence that helps every client feel completely safe and cared for
- Builds lasting client relationships by thoughtfully recommending services, treatments, and products that genuinely support each guest's goals
- Interacts cooperatively with the broader All's Well team to provide a seamless guest experience
Safety, Sanitation & Space Care
- Ensures all pre-service and post-service client care requirements are completed, including consultations, treatment preparation, and treatment room sanitation
- Keeps treatment rooms, storage areas, and shared spaces clean and guest-ready at all times, depositing used linens for collection, resetting the room between clients, and restocking supplies throughout each shift
- Uses appropriate quantities of products and linens in accordance with company protocols
- Maintains impeccable cleanliness and practices the highest standards of sanitation and tidiness in all treatment spaces
Team & General
- Attends and participates in general and team meetings
Physical Requirements
- Able to perform massage treatments for consecutive hours with appropriate breaks
- Comfortable standing and moving throughout a full shift
- Able to lift and carry supplies as needed
Qualifications
- A recognized national massage certification
- Clear understanding of human anatomy and physiology
- Experience delivering consecutive relaxation massage treatments in a spa environment
- Special technical skills such as deep tissue, reflexology, sports massage, Reiki, cupping, and maternity massage are highly valued, as our services menu will expand over time
- Retail sales and customer service experience
- References and client testimonials

Pay: $40.00 - $70.00 per hour
