Window World of Youngstown is looking for a hands-on Installation Manager who is as comfortable bending metal on a brake as they are navigating a difficult conversation with a homeowner. The Role: Management, Mentorship, and Resolution
- Leader of the Field: You are the primary point of contact for our installation crews. You’ll manage schedules, oversee quality, and ensure our standards are met on every job site.
- The \"Face\" of Resolution: When a customer is upset or a project hits a snag, you are the one who steps in. You’ll use your product knowledge and people skills to turn \"headaches\" into \"five-star reviews.\"
- Bridge the Gap: You’ll work closely with the General Manager and office staff to ensure the field knows what the office is doing—and vice versa.
- Hands-on Support: You aren't afraid to get your hands dirty. Whether it's coaching a new tech or troubleshooting a complex install, you lead by doing.
