4-DAY WORK WEEK
Monday-Thursday | 5am-3:30pm
Enjoy a variety of production, prototype, and in-house welding jobs. We're looking to add someone a welder to our team! Willing to train the right person, but must have base welding knowledge and some experience with either robotic or manual welding.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual and/or robotic welding
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions
- Set up welding jobs using fixtures, jigs, or open-table layouts
- Produce high-quality welds that meet customer and company specifications
- Inspect completed work using precision measuring tools
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on welding equipment
- Follow all quality standards and safety procedures
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of welding experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with manual welding, robotic welding, or both
- Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk throughout the shift
- Lift up to 30 lbs as needed
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
