What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, gas heat, and control issues
- Perform preventive maintenance and service repairs
- Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
- Work on rooftop units, split systems, furnaces, heat pumps, mini splits, make-up air units, and refrigeration equipment
- Communicate findings and repair options clearly with customers
- Complete service tickets and documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service vehicle
- Help train apprentices and younger technicians when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong HVAC diagnostic ability
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- EPA Certification preferred
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in commercial HVAC or refrigeration is a huge plus
- Pride in workmanship and professionalism
Bonus Skills
- Refrigeration / low-temp experience
- Restaurant equipment experience
- Boiler or hydronic experience
- Welding or fabrication experience
- Controls / BAS troubleshooting
- Start-up and commissioning experience
