Location: Falconer, NY
Schedule: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM), Monday–Friday
Must be flexible for overtime
Pay Range: $23.00 – $27.00 per hour

Key responsibilities
Maintain and update the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D standards
Review and manage updates to procedures and work instructions
Train process owners on QMS documentation standards and consistency
Lead and track internal corrective actions, ensuring timely completion
Support root cause analysis and help drive effective corrective actions
Verify effectiveness of corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Track and report monthly quality metrics to management
Conduct internal audits and identify opportunities for system improvement
Support external and customer audits as needed
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in a manufacturing environment with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D systems
Familiarity with QMS software (document control, NCRs, corrective actions)
Experience with root cause analysis tools (5-Why, 8D, Fishbone)
Internal audit experience in a quality system environment
Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, etc.)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to stay organized, adaptable, and calm under pressure
