- Starting at $19.00/hour
- Full-Time or Part-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:45am–2:30pm

What You’ll Do
As a Teacher Assistant, you’ll support students both individually and in small groups while helping create a positive and engaging classroom experience. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting students with classroom activities and educational goals outlined in their IEPs
- Supporting teachers during lessons, activities, and daily routines
- Helping students build social, behavioral, and communication skills
- Assisting with supervision throughout the school day
- Supporting documentation of student progress
- Participating in staff meetings and trainings
- Assisting students with personal care needs, including toileting assistance when needed
- Helping create a safe, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities preferred
- Reliable, patient, and team-oriented individuals
- Candidates looking to make a positive impact and commit to supporting our students consistently
