- A completed Instructor Application form.
- A video. Please send a recent, unedited video of a complete act (no compilations or demo reels), either of yourself or someone whom you have trained. We prefer videos you've uploaded to a site like YouTube or Vimeo (unlisted is fine), but if you can only email, please send it to [email protected].
