What You Will Do:

Lead & Inspire: Advocate for residents, families, and staff while fostering a strong team environment.

Hire & Train: Participate actively in the recruitment process, set clear expectations, and train staff in quality care standards and techniques.

Ensure Compliance: Maintain and ensure adherence to company and state regulations.

Manage Schedules: Fully responsible for creating and managing staff schedules.

Develop & Maintain Care Plans: Create and update detailed care plans for residents to ensure they receive the best care.

Budget Management: Oversee budget and financial performance, ensuring the community operates within its financial means.
