Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through excellent customer service and friendly communication.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software, verifying reservations and processing payments accurately.
- Monitor security cameras, conduct safety inspections, and ensure the security of the property during overnight hours.
- Prepare detailed night audit reports, including financial summaries, incident logs, and guest activity records to ensure accurate daily accounting.
- Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating strong phone etiquette and hospitality expertise.
- Respond promptly to guest requests or issues, providing solutions that enhance guest satisfaction and uphold hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area while adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a focus on night audit or front desk functions.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities that facilitate communication with diverse guests from around the world.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and guest service protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully.
- Familiarity with resort environments and guest relations strategies to create memorable experiences for visitors.
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high attention to detail and security standards.

Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
