What You'll Do Clinical Responsibilities
- Assist doctors during restorative, cosmetic, and surgical procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to OSHA and CDC standards.
- Take digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and assist with patient records.
- Prepare patients for treatment while ensuring comfort and confidence.
- Educate patients on treatment recommendations and post-operative instructions.
- Maintain clinical inventory and organize operatories.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth.
- Schedule appointments and manage provider schedules efficiently.
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries.
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with patient paperwork.
- Coordinate treatment plans and financial arrangements.
- Help create an exceptional first and last impression for every patient.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of dental assisting or dental administrative experience preferred.
- Experience with Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar dental software is a plus.
- Digital radiography certification preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in both clinical and front office environments.
- Willingness to grow professionally and take on new responsibilities.
